In this large-scale emergency/burglar security/equipment monitoring system to monitor large-scale building facilities 1 consisting of many floors, plural districts A to C in charge formed by dividing the building facilities 1, plural emergency centers 11 to 13 to control each of the plural districts in charge and a trunk transmission line L to transmit equipment information from each part of the building facilities to each of the plural centers. The backup is performed by loop back transmission by the trick transmission line L, the plural centers 11 to 13 are provided with functions to control equipment information in each of the plural districts in charge and to simultaneously control the equipment information in the districts in charge by backing up of the centers in case of abnormality or maintenance of other emergency centers.
