Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a laser equipment which controls and stabilizes laser power of a laser beam emitted from a laser oscillation tube and a method for stabilizing laser power.
CONSTITUTION: A laser equipment having a laser oscillation tube 1 which oscillates continuously, a low-frequency modulating laser modulator 2, and a high-frequency modulating laser modulator 3 is used to control and stabilize a laser beam emitted from the laser oscillation tube 1 firstly in a setting of laser power and in a variation in laser power of low-frequency components of less than several hundred Hz by the low-frequency modulating laser modulator 2, and to control and stabilize the laser beam nextly in a variation in laser power of high-frequency components of more than several MHz by the high-frequency modulating laser modulator 6.
