A receiving member 31 of the oscillating bracket 22 is pressed by a slider 27 longitudinally moved by the rotation of a feed screw shaft 16 so as to force the driving wheel 5 to float from the ground surface. The vehicle body 2 can thereby be moved directly crosswise manually.
