To provide a lens drive device that is easily assembled, a camera device, and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A lens drive unit 9 has a first mover 11, a second mover 12, a frame body 80, a first position detecting magnet 591, a second position detecting magnet, a first magnet 51, a second magnet 52, a first coil 61, a second coil 62, a first front-side flat spring 31, a second front-side flat spring 32, a first rear-side flat spring 41, and a second rear-side flat spring 42. A first FPC 81 includes: an external connection terminal part 815 provided at one lower part of one of two coils 61; a first surface part 811 provided on an outer periphery of the one of the coils 61 which rises up from the external connection terminal part 815; and a second surface part 812 that extends from the first surface part 811 in a right-angle direction and that is provided on an outer periphery of the frame body 80.
