PURPOSE: To obtain a cleaning agent suitable for a P tile hole of a building, etc., and various washings without damaging and impairing hands, skin, clothing, etc., even if the cleaning agent is attached to them.

CONSTITUTION: About 34 gram of sodium metasilicate is uniformly dissolved in about 880cc of water and 1.5 grams of a sodium straight-chain alkylbenzenesulfonate and 1.5 grams of a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether are dissolved in the solution under stirring. The solution is uniformly mixed with 100cc of monoethanol-amine under stirring and 20cc of diacetone alcohol until the solution reaches a uniform state. 12 grams of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid is added to the solution and stirred until the solution becomes a uniform state and the chemical agents are converted by chemical treatment such as substitution to give the cleaning agent and to provide a method for producing the cleaning agent.
