Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely regulate length of left and right cylinders by providing hole parts larger than the cylinder maximum diameter at cylinder rod support points on both ends of an upper beam of a cargo handling device free to lift and supporting cylinder rods in these hole parts through insertion members for fastening.
SOLUTION: Hole parts inside diameters of which are larger than the maximum diameter of a cylinder 6 are provided on support parts of cylinder rods on both ends of an upper beam 5 on a counterbalanced forklift. Thereafter, the cylinder 6 is inserted from above the hole part of the upper beam 5, and an insertion member 8 is inserted between a head end of the cylinder rod 7 and the hole part. The cylinder rod 7 is fixed on the upper beam 5 by fastening a bolt 9 of the insertion member 8, extending a diameter of an outer ring 12 and reducing a diameter of an inner ring 13. In the case when length of the left and right cylinders 6 is irregular, the bolt 9 of the insertion member 8 is loosened, and after a fixed position of the cylinder rod. 7 is adjusted in the height direction, it is refixed.
