To provide a lift table, in which non-fluctuating elevating force is generated efficiently with a less number of parts, or without using expensive parts, and in which a table can be elevated smoothly at constant elevation speed to be resistant to external force added from sideways.
In this lift table, torque is utilized as starting energy in generating elevation force. The torque is converted into elevation force to be resistant to external force added to the table 12 by rotation contact in a two-point supported state in which support positions are changeable between an elevation force receiving position 7D of an inner arm 7 provided on the forward side and an elevation force receiving position 7D of the inner arm 7 provided on the rear side. The elevation force is added to the table 12, so that it is elevated without swaying.
