Side parts 3c are erected on both sides of an elevating/lowering stand 3 parallel to the carry-in/carry-out direction from a switchboard of a storage apparatus 4. A plurality of oblong holes 3d long in their longitudinal direction are formed in both side parts 3c. A stud bolt 16 is inserted from the inner side of each oblong hole 3d, and the stud bolt 16 is passed through a through hole of a stopper supporting part 15 on the outer side of each oblong hole 3d. The stopper supporting part 15 is fitted to each oblong hole 3d by fastening a butterfly nut 17, and leg parts of a stopper 18 are inserted in a cylindrical part of a pair of stopper supporting parts 15. A front end of the storage apparatus 4 is locked by a locking part of the stopper 18.
