Abstract:

To provide a light-emitting device and an illuminating device constructed by solderless electric connection means that can suppress reduction of a luminous efficiency.

A light-emitting device 10 has a substrate 11 having a wiring pattern and a power supply terminal formed on one surface side thereof, a light-emitting element 12 mounted on the one surface side of the substrate, and an electrical conductive connector member 13 that has a substrate-side contact portion 13a at one end portion thereof and a wiring connection portion 13b at the other end portion thereof. The substrate-side contact portion 13a is in contact with a power supply terminal 11d of the substrate, the wiring connection portion 13b is connected to a wire w1 for power supply, and the other end portion of the connector member 13 extends to the other surface side which is opposite to the one surface side of the substrate.
