In a display device including a pixel section and a driver circuit on the same insulator, the driver circuit comprises: a decoder 100 having a plurality of NAND circuits including p-channel TFTs 104-106 connected in parallel and p-channel TFTs 107-109 connected in series; and a buffer section 101 having a plurality of buffers including three p-channel TFTs 114-116.
