A lighting apparatus includes a lighting apparatus body to which a lighting device is attached. The lighting apparatus body includes: position information transmitting means for transmitting position information on the lighting apparatus to a radio terminal; terminal information receiving means for receiving identification information on the radio terminal and the position information from the radio terminal which received the position information; terminal information transmitting means for transmitting the identification information and the position information to a management server managing position of the radio terminal; and voltage conversion means for converting power source voltage supplied by an external power source and supplying the converted voltage to the position information transmitting means, the terminal information receiving means, and the terminal information transmitting means.
