A smooth capacitor C26 smooths a voltage value of a control power supply. A first charge circuit 123 (first control power supply generation circuit) generates a first charge current which charges the smooth capacitor C26 from the AC power supply. When a control circuit is operated, a second charge circuit 124 (second control power supply generation circuit) generates a second charge current which charges the smooth capacitor. When the second charge current is generated, the second charge circuit 124 stops operation of the first charge circuit 123.
