PURPOSE: To provide a line sensor camera outputting high grade images for which a camera blurring is corrected.
CONSTITUTION: In the line sensor camera converting two-dimensional object image into the image data of a picture element unit by using a line sensor and a scanning mechanism, a blurring detection means 120 outputting blurring data DB of a line unit showing the direction and amount of the moving of a camera and an image correction means 130 correcting the photographed image obtained by the actual photographing by the line sensor are provided. The image correction means 130 is composed so as to calculate the location of each picture element of the photographed image on a virtual image pickup surface supposing that the moving of the camera does not exist based on blurring data DB, extract plural picture elements located near the location of the picture element under consideration of the virtual image obtained from picture elements when the moving of the camera does not exist and to generate the image data D2 corresponding to a screen by determining the data value of the virtual picture element by an interpolation based on the data values of the plural extracted picture elements.
