Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a flow passage length and the number of connection parts in a high pressure part, suppress re-liquefaction of gas, and use a gas discharge preventing apparatus without respect to a capacity of a pressure regulator by arranging the gas discharge preventing apparatus between a primary pressure regulator and a secondary pressure regulator.
SOLUTION: As a gas discharge preventing apparatus 21 is arranged in an intermediate pressure part downstream from a primary pressure regulator 19, a flow passage length in a high pressure part downstream from the gas take-out valve 13 is shortened and a connection part in the high pressure part is also reduced. Therefore, possibility of gas leakage caused by slack in a screw part due to vibration or abrupt temperature change or the like is lowered, so that reliability is improved. In the intermediate pressure part, in which the gas discharge preventing apparatus 21 is arranged, on the downstream side of the primary pressure regulator 19, a pressure range is narrow in comparison with that of the high pressure part downstream from the take-out valve 13 and a working flow rate is very stable, so that laborious work for selecting a gas discharge preventing apparatus dedicated to every capacity of a pressure regulator is dispensable, and consequently, the discharge preventing apparatus can be used in common and this contributes to reduction in costs.
