To provide a simple and reusable liquid cooling stick for cooling a liquid such as whisky or Shochu in a container in a desired low-temperature state.

The liquid cooling stick 1 consists of a swelling part 2 and a stick part 3 connected to the swelling part 2. The liquid cooling stick is previously sterilized and cooled. When the liquid cooling stick is used, the liquid cooling stick is inserted or put into the liquid for cooling the liquid, and after the liquid is cooled, the whole stick is taken out. With this process, the liquid is cooled in the desired low-temperature state.
