Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal polymer film wherein a melting point is ≥350°C and a surface precision is high, i.e., a surface roughness Ra is ≤0.1 μm in either direction of MD direction or TD direction, and to provide a method for manufacturing the liquid crystal polymer film.
SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the liquid crystal polymer film wherein the melting point is ≥350°C and the surface roughness Ra is ≤0.1 μm in either direction of the MD direction or the TD direction is provided by peeling a fluororesin porous film after drawing a laminate of a resin film comprising a liquid crystal polymer or a polymer alloy containing the liquid crystal polymer and the fluororesin porous film.
