PURPOSE: To record image data displayed on a screen by a simple device by making a photosensitive paper closely contact with a liquid crystal module by the use of a pressing plate, making the photosensitive paper whose part where the light of backlight is transmitted is sensitized pass between rollers and copying an image displayed on a liquid crystal display screen.

CONSTITUTION: In the case of copying the image, the photosensitive paper 4 is made to closely contact with the liquid crystal module 3 by the use of the pressing plate 5 which can be freely opened and closed and held against the module 3 for a fixed time, so that only the part of the photosensitive paper 4 where the light is transmitted is sensitized. By making the photosensitive paper 4 pass between the rollers 6 containing developer after it is sensitized and drawing it out, the image is developed and the liquid crystal screen is copied. Thus, the data displayed on the screen is copied by the simple device, the cost of the device is reduced and the space thereof is saved.
