To provide a recording head 1 that discharges ink, supplied from an ink supply port 4, so to prevent the size of satellites from being reduced while inhibiting an increase in resistance to an ink flow when discharging the ink.
The recording head 1 has the following configuration. The ink supply ports 4 are arranged on both sides of the array of a plurality of channels 17. With regard to the ink supply ports 4 at least on one side of the array, a predetermined number of ink supply ports 4 are arranged along the whole range of the array of the channels 17. One ink supply port 4 is configured to have a length along the array of the plurality of channels 17 and to be supplied with ink from both of one side and the other side of each of the plurality of channels 17.
