To eliminate the need of separately forming a replenishing port for a centralized tank and to save space by forming a liquid soap replenishing port in a liquid soap supplier so as to replenish the centralized tank with liquid soap.
A tank is separately attached to the lower part of this bubble- like liquid soap supplier, and in the bubble-like liquid soap supplier 1, the tank is detached and a connection member for centralized supply is attached to a cover member 16 so as to cover a mixing room 11. Then, since the liquid soap replenishing port 5c is formed on the button 5 of the bubble-like liquid soap supplier 1, the liquid soap replenishing port 5c is opened by turning a cap 5a within a horizontal plane with a supporting point as a center and the liquid soap is injected from the upper part of the button 5 to the inside of the liquid soap replenishing port 5c and replenished. The replenished liquid soap drops downwards from a through-hole 5b, is passed through a passage 18, flows down through the outer peripheral side of a bellows 9 and flows inside a supply hose 23 from the connection member for the centralized supply and the centralized tank is replenished with the liquid soap.
