Abstract:
To provide a liquid transfer device with small operation sound and low power consumption, and to provide an air conditioner having the liquid transfer device.
A nozzle electrode (44) is connected to a drain pan (30), and the other end side is opened upward. A ring electrode (45) is arranged facing the nozzle electrode (44). When positive voltage is applied to the nozzle electrode (44), an electric field is formed near a tip of the nozzle electrode (44). Consequently, drain water is sprayed from the nozzle electrode (44) as fine droplets which are positively charged. The sprayed droplets are discharged outside a system through an inflow piping (51) and an outflow piping (53).
