Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for manufacturing livestock feed in which organic waste is used as raw material, and the feed is sufficiently sterilized while decomposition of useful components are suppressed.SOLUTION: A system for manufacturing livestock feed from organic waste has: a far-infrared ray dryer which irradiates the organic waste with far-infrared ray to dry; a hopper for dried objects which temporarily stores dried objects dried by the far-infrared ray dryer; a conveyer which conveys the dried objects from the far-infrared ray dryer to the hopper for dried objects; and an ozone generator which generates ozone gas, in which the dried objects moving in the conveyer is sterilized by the ozone gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
