Abstract:

PURPOSE: To detect an oscillation angle by operation by calculating the travel distance of a rope laid across first and second guide pulleys, the horizontal distance between a third guide pulley and a set of the first and second guide pulleys, and the vertical distance between the third guide pulley and the rope laid across the first and second pulleys when a hoisting tool is oscillated.

CONSTITUTION: When the horizontal travel distance of a hoisting tool 2 is set to S, an oscillation angle is θ, the horizontal distance between a third guide pulley 13 and a set of first and second guide pulleys 11, 12 prior to oscillation is set to (a), the length of each rope 17 is set to L, the lengths of the respective ropes 17 after contact are set to L1, L2, the change of length is set to (x), and the vertical length is set to (h), x=(L1-L2)/2=(L12-L22)/[2(L1+L2)]=4aS /[2(L2-L1)]=4aS/(2×2L)=aS/L..., and θS/h concerning an oscillation angle θare established. Accordingly, θLx/(ha). h and L are values easily obtained from the deliver amount of a suspending wire.
