When the user touches an optional rectangle, a screen 21 showing detailed state data of the local air-conditioner in the designated rectangle is displayed. This screen is shifted to an individual setting screen 22, whereby the setting of the local air-conditioner in the designated rectangle can be performed. Alternatively, when the same setting is performed on all the local air-conditioners, collective setting can be performed by shifting the monitoring screen 20 to a collective setting screen 23.
