Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release a lock easily by a leg-astride bracket having a large curve at a not-working position and a bracket end of the leg-astride bracket pushing locking legs apart from an outside flange of a supporting rail at a working position. SOLUTION: At a sunk position of an insulating body 6 only a small grabbing hook 6 is projected where-on and this hook 16 is used to pull a grip chip 17 out of its sunk position by a tip 18 of a screwdriver or the like. At that time a catching hook 14 on a pulling bar 13 is slid up to an upper end part of an empty stroke catching cage 12 without affected a puling force in the sunk position to a group of leg-astride brackets 10, 11. Then the grip chip 17 of the puling bar 13 is gripped by hand and the pulling bar is pulled upward. Consequently the group of leg-astride brackets 10, 11 are moved from a not- working position to a working position and at a working position a bracket end of the leg-astride brackets 10, 11 push a group of locking legs 7, 8 apart from an outside flange end of a supporting rail 9.
