Abstract:

PURPOSE: To miniaturize a locking management device, by providing a solenoid mechanism unlocking in accordance with an input operation by a key-containing member, a key holder, a card reader, etc., and a detecting switch.
CONSTITUTION: When entering a building, one inserts a magnetic card into a card insertion slot of a locking management device 10 and when the contents of the card reader coincides with each other, a position lamp 15 at the corresponding position is put on. Next, current is conducted into a electromagnetic solenoid 23 and a plunger 24 is pulled up from a pin hole 25 to unlock the key container 11 having a cylinder 21 at the front end. Next, a user pushes the member 11 with fingers to pull out it and take out the key holder 13. When pushing the member 11 into the management device 10, a detecting switch 26 detects no key holder 13 and an alarm-clear signal is issued to a crime- prevention monitoring device. even if the user enters a room, an antitheft alarm is not issued, In this way, a cylinder member is enough for the key containing part and hence, the device can be miniaturized.
