Abstract:
To provide a composition for preventing/avoiding cytotoxicity, which can impart antioxidant ability to cells and prevent cells from being damaged by ultraviolet rays.SOLUTION: A lotus seed shell extract is obtained by an extraction method in which lotus seed shells and water are mixed as a mixture at a solid-liquid weight ratio of 1-5:10-30 and the mixture is then homogenized at 30-100°C for 0.5-3 hours.SELECTED DRAWING: None
