Abstract:
To provide a low expansion hose suitable for a brake hose, which has more superior anti-expansivity than a conventional one.
A low expansion hose 10 is composed by providing sequentially an outer layer rubber layer 15 consisting of at least one or more fiber reinforced layers and an outer layer cover in the outer circumference of an inner layer rubber layer 11 consisting of an inner layer tube, wherein a first fiber reinforced layer 12 formed in the outer circumference of the inner layer tube is composed by an aramid fiber of which the braiding density is 800-2,500 dtex/mm and a melamine resin is coated on the first fiber reinforced layer 12.
