Provided are a low refractive index composition which is prepared by mixing (1) a silica precursor obtained by mixing an alkoxy silane having two or more of at least one type of hydrolyzable functional group represented by the following general formula 1 with a metal chelate compound in an organic solvent, and mixing (2) an organic solvent dispersion of a silica particle, wherein the organic solvent comprises at least one kind selected from alcohols and ketones, and an antireflection material and a display using the same.
