To provide a lubricating agent composition, use of lubricating agent composition and method for lubricating an apparatus by using a lubricating agent composition.

The lubricating agent composition contains the first base oil obtained from a gas source and optionally the second base oil obtained from a petroleum source. The base oil component of the lubricating agent composition is for example about 5 to about 100 wt.% base oil obtained from a gas source. The lubricating agent composition further contains an additive selected from a group composed of adipic acid esters, polyol esters, alkylated naphthalenes, alkylated sulfones, naphthenic base oils, aromatic base oils, alkylated benzenes and combinations of two or more of the above substances, and a solubilizing agent.
