To provide a lubricating device of power unit for a vehicle with an internal combustion engine in which weight distribution is laterally well-balanced for transmitting to a wheel the power of an internal combustion engine, whose crank shaft is directed in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle through the medium of a hydrostatic continuously variable transmission.
The lubricating device of a power unit 1 for a vehicle with an internal combustion engine is equipped with an internal combustion engine 20 in which a crank shaft 28 is directed in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle, a hydrostatic continuously variable transmission 100 consisting of a swash plate hydraulic pump 110 and a swash plate hydraulic motor 130, and a lubricating oil tank 70 for lubricating oil supplied to respective parts of the internal combustion engine 20 and the hydrostatic continuously variable transmission 100. The hydrostatic continuously variable transmission 100 is arranged on the left side of the crank shaft 28. The lubricating oil tank 70 is formed so as to be integral with the internal combustion engine 20, and arranged on the right side opposite the hydrostatic continuously variable transmission 100 so as to sandwich the crank shaft 28.
