Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the abrasion between sliding members by supplying the polymeric compound, molybdenum, or carbon which has a specific particle size and is in single form or in complex body form as lubricant, into a mechanical sliding part. CONSTITUTION:Each mechanical sliding part of a compressor 1 is lubricated by the lubricating material 12 in powder form. The powder lubricating material 12 is formed into the powder form which is made of fluorinated resin and has a particle size of 100mu or less, and sent into the compressor 1 from a feeding pipe 13 for the feed into a suction pipe 9. Therefore, the powder acts as a kind of roller bearing between the sliding members, and the friction and abrasion between the sliding members can be reduced.
