PURPOSE: To deliver each wound yarn smoothly in succession by providing annular yarn guiding paths formed to allow the circulating action of filament in order to let yarn drawn out of a package pass through while restricting its radial moving range concentrically above respective bases.

CONSTITUTION: Each wound yarn of plural packages set at the respective setting parts 2, 5 of bases 1, 3 disposed concentrically in the vertical direction is released by passing through in yarn guiding paths 12, 18 formed concentrically toward above the respective bases 1, 3. The wound yarns of two packages adjoining in the vertical or horizontal direction are connected by means of connecting yarn so as to connect the respective wound yarns of all packages and replenished packages into a single string and the respective wound yarns of a number of packages are thus released successively in an uninterrupted state.
