Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic clutch mechanism which has excellent durability and excellent reliability, and the dimension of which can be suppressed from increasing in the rotation center axis direction.SOLUTION: A first engagement element 22 and a second engagement element 23 are coaxially disposed. A fixed body 21 that does not rotate is disposed concentrically with the first engagement element 22 and the second engagement element 23, and is disposed on the inner circumferential side or outer circumferential side of the first engagement element 22 and the second engagement element 23. The first engagement element 22 adjacent, in a concentric radial direction, to the fixed body 21, has a first permanent magnet 27. The fixed body 21 has a second permanent magnet 25 that is switched between a positive polarity following the direction of a magnetic path formed between the fixed body 21 and the first engagement element 22 by the first permanent magnet 27, and a reverse polarity opposite to the direction of the magnetic path, and has a coil 26 for generating a magnetic field which inverts the polarity of the second permanent magnet 25 according to the direction of current.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
