Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic coupling capable of suppressing power consumption.SOLUTION: A magnetic coupling 10 includes a stator 11 having a plurality of permanent magnets 17 arranged so that different polarities appear alternately in the circumferential direction, and generating a magnetic force in a direction perpendicular to the arrangement direction, a first rotor 12 connected with a first rotating shaft 15, a second rotor 13 connected with a second rotating shaft 16 coaxial with the first rotating shaft 15, and coupling magnetically with the first rotor 12 by the magnetic force of the permanent magnets 17, a winding 18 wound around the stator 11, and generating a magnetic force in the same direction as that of the magnetic force of the permanent magnets 17 by electrification, and an exciting device 100 for switching the magnetization and demagnetization of the permanent magnets 17 by electrification of the winding 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
