Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify the conditions for impressing external magnetic fields for the purpose of forming striped domains to constitute an information accumulation loop of the magnetic storage element using perpendicular Bloch line pairs as information carriers.
CONSTITUTION: The front end of grooves 4 for fixing the striped domains accumulating the perpendicular Bloch line pair are formed to an elliptic shape. The plural domains can be simultaneously extended at the time of forming the striped domains mentioned above. Many pieces of the striped domains are thus easily arranged.
