Abstract:
To provide a magnetic polishing method, its working fluid, and a die manufacturing method that solve a problem wherein simple blending type magnetic grains are easily handled, but a distribution state and projection amount of the grains are inhomogeneous and coercive force of the grains are weak on the surface of a magnetic powder body, and that precisely polish a working object even when a working part of the object is a fine place.
When a working surface of the object is worked by the working fluid 4 used in the magnetic polishing method, the magnetic powder body 1 holding the grains 2 is covered with magnetic fluid 5.
