In a rotor, permanent magnets are mounted with an N pole outwardly ascending right at 180° and an S pole outwardly descending right at 180°, and there is an opposing magnet apart from the periphery of the rotor by several centimeters, and the rotor rotates the repulsive and attractive action between the opposing magnet and the magnet of the rotor.
