Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method of determining the presence and/or the concentration of water treatment polymer with high sensitivity, specificity, prompt and easy operability by using the immunoassay technique for detection of the water treatment polymer in aqueous solution.
CONSTITUTION: Polyclonal or monoclonal antibodies against the water treatment polymer are formed and the antibodies thus formed are determined by the immunoassay technique in the aqueous samples.
