Abstract:
PURPOSE: To notify a worker of maintenance time based on a fact by inputting a signal from a moment limiter in a CPU, reading the maintenance time for every constituent component from an ROM, and converting an operating amount until the last operating time stored in an RAM with the application of specific processing.
CONSTITUTION: Classification of excavation work to be carried out from now on or load, etc., of a hook or a bucket is inputted by a keyboard 14 provided to a moment limiter 9. The data is outputted to a maintenance device 1 through an input output device 16. After that, it is inputted through an input output device 6 and is stored in an RAM 3. In addition, a CPU 2 performs operation processing in accordance with an operation program stored in an ROM 5 is advance, and operating time based on a fact of working condition is calculated. In accordance with an operating result, the elapse of maintenance time is displayed on a displayer 8. According to the constitution, the number of components and manhours of assembly can be greatly reduced.
