PURPOSE: To remarkably improve productivity and efficiently cope with multikind and small quantity demand by a method wherein serial cure inhibitive photosensitive composition is partially cured by exposing to light and, after that, irradiated with light again under the condition that the insufficiently cured portion of the surface is pressed with an embossing die.
CONSTITUTION: The greater part of photosensitive composition excluding the coated surface is cured with an ultraviolet-light irradiating device 15. After that, the composition is introduced between a press roll 16 and an embossing roll 17. The uncured surface is pressed with the press roll 16 against a metal roll 17 with no entrainment of air. Due to the above-mentioned action, the projected and recessed portion of information inputted in the embossing roll 17 is filled with uncured photosensitive composition. Since the filled uncured composition results in being held by the roll 17 and brought in the state being completely shut off from the air, the composition is thoroughly cured by the irradiation of ultraviolet-light with an ultraviolet-light irradiating device 18, resulting in completing the inputting of information in a film. After that, by taking up the resultant continuous body to a roll 16, a completed continuous original sheet for optical disc is realized.
