PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve resistance to environmental pollution since film adhesion to a water based emulsion foamed layer is excellent, and embossing is effectively applied by a method wherein a solid water-based emulsion resin layer is provided on a base material sheet, and after providing a pattern layer, they are foamed in a heating furnace.
SOLUTION: A coat raw fabric is manufactured by providing a coat layer 2 of solid water-based emulsion resin containing a capsule foaming agent C on a base material sheet 1. A printed pattern layer 3 is provided on the coat layer 2, and as occasion demands, a heat sealing layer 4 is provided. As the water-based emulsion resin, ethylene and vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) is used. A printed raw fabric 10 is drawn out, and passed through a heating furnace. After foaming for 1min at 160°C, a surface temperature is heated to 180°C or higher with a heater 12. When laminated while a film 14 is put between embossing form plates 13 thereafter, embossing is executed simultaneously.
