Abstract:
PURPOSE:To strongly bond ultraviolet-curing resin onto a board by a method wherein the surface of the epoxy board for optical disc is pre-treated with specified silane compound and, after that, coated with the ultraviolet-curing resin. CONSTITUTION:The surface of an epoxy board for optical disc is treated with the compound represented by the general formula (I). As the compound represented by the general formula (I), gamma-aminopropyl triethoxy silane and the like are mentioned. Next, the treated surface of the board is coated with ultraviolet-curing resin so as to obtain an epoxy resin board with ultraviolet- curing resin by irradiation with ultraviolet rays. Thus, the epoxy board, in which adherence between the epoxy resin board and the ultraviolet-curing resin is remarkably improved, is obtained.
