To obtain a molding, the warpage of which is small, the molding accuracy of which is excellent and, at the same time, the fixing strength between layers of which becomes larger by a method wherein a molding under pressure is started when a viscosity at a gelation point in a heat history enters a specified viscosity range.
In a molding process, by starting a molding under pressure at a viscosity, which lies within the range of 0 to +50% of a gelation viscosity in a heat history, a molding, the warpage of which is small and the molding accuracy of which is excellent, can be obtained. Further, in a method for manufacturing a fiber reinforced plastic molding by molding prepreg sheets after being laminated under heat and pressure, after a laminate of a preparegs is heated, a pressurizing is started when the resin viscosity of the sheets reaches 100-10,000 poise. Furthermore, at the timing when the amount of flow of the resin of an obtained reinforced plastic molding obtained by heating the laminated of the prepreg sheets becomes 10 mm or less, its pressurizing is started. Also, in these causes, a molding, the warpage of which is small and molding accuracy of which is excellent, can be obtained.
