This manufacturing method comprises a first process, which forms a jacket 12 in the following procedures that first weft 14 having a base part 16 being nearly triangular form in section and of the flat plane turned to an inner circumferential side of this jacket 12, and an apex 17 to the outer circumferential side and a second weft 15 being thinner than the former are alternately joined together and the second weft is positioned as adjacent to the base part of the first weft, weaving them into a tubular form with a warp, a second process which inserts an outer layer tube 19 consisting of elastomer with adhesive properties into an outer boundary of the jacket 12, a third process which heats and sticks the outer layer tube 19 in a hearted and softened state to the outer circumferential surface of the jacket 12 as being pressurized by the atmosphere by means of a heating process in a state that an inner part of the outer layer tube 19 inclusive of the jacket 12 is made into negative pressure, and a fourth process which brings an inner layer tube 23, consisting of the elastomer with the adhesive properties on the outer circumferential surface, into the inside of the jacket 12, and then it is pressurized, heated and stuck to an inner circumferential surface of the jacket 12 by the heating process in a state that an inner part of the inner layer tube 23 is pressurized, respectively.
