Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of hydraulic inorganic formed plates, which does not require expensive equipment and is easy in maintenance and management and has good yield of products.
SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is composed of the onward movement of a water permeable sheet 1 from one side of a forming zone A to its other side along the bottom surface of the groove forming zone A having a groove, the crosssection of which is nearly equal to that of a forming plate 8, the supplying of raw material from a raw material feeding device 3 on the water-permeable sheet 2 in the forming zone A and the squeezing of the excess water in the supplied raw material through the water-permeable sheet 2 by means of a suction means 4 provided beneath the water-permeable sheet 2 for forming. The formed raw material is parted from one another by the desired pitch by means of a parting plate, which moves onward in synchronous with the water-permeable sheet 2 in the forming zone A.
