PURPOSE: To easily obtain coils without taking time and to contrive prevention of deterioration in magnetic characteristics by a method wherein both end parts of the conductive wire pair sheet, which is cut in the prescribed length, are bent inward and each tip part of the sheet is connected to the tip part on the opposite side of the adjoining conductive wires respectively.

CONSTITUTION: The conductive wires 13 cut into the prescribed length (l) are formed into stepped shape by shifting respectively in the amount of size P at a time, they are arranged on and fixed to an insulating sheet 11, and a conductive wire pair sheet 14 is formed. The conductive pair sheet 14 is pressed by a molding roller, and it is formed into U-shape. Then, the conductive wire pair sheet 14 is contacted to the leg part 26a of an iron core 26 through the intermediary of an insulator 27, and then both end parts of the conductive wire pair sheet 14 are bent inward. Each tip part of the conductive wire 13 is connected to the tip part on the side of the opposite party of the conductive wire 13 of the adjoining column using a pressure-welding terminal T. Through these procedures, a series coil 28 wound on the leg part 26a of the iron core 26 is formed for one of the conductive wire pair sheet 14. Besides, other continuous coil 28 is formed, each of the end parts of the coil 28 is connected with each other, and a completed coil 29 is obtained finally.
