Abstract:
To materialize the strong nap restoring force of piles under heat and pressure of a skin material, its high pile density, its prevention against the oozing of a molten resin and improve its design property.
This skin material consists of three layers piled up one another or a front layer made of non-woven fibric 1, a rear layer made of non-woven fabric 3 and a heat shrinkable non-woven fabric 2 interposed between the non- woven fabrics 1 and 3. By requiring from the non-woven fabric 3 side of the rear layer, piles are formed on the surface of the non-woven fabric 1 of the front layer. Finally, by heating, the heat shrinkable non-woven fabric 2 is shrunk thermally.
