PURPOSE: To provide the title tire low-priced without using core metal, having high strength and holding moderate cushioning property by composing thre vicinity of the center with rubber material containing a large quantity of very cheap fibrous material and sulfur substance.

CONSTITUTION: To apply rubber adhesives to the inside of the disk substance 3, 4 closely adhering to the tire manufacturing molds 1, 2 and to arrange in the vicinity of the center fibrous material such as crashed and reclaimed row rubber of used tires, row rubber material 5 containing much sulfer substance and row rubber material 6 not losing flexible elasticity in spite of vulcanization. To compress and heat both of row rubber materials 5, 6 in the mols 1, 2 and to simultanesouly fill up the molds 1, 2 with said materials 5, 6 to make themselves united en block and molded, at the same time to make said materials to closely adhere to the inside of the disk bodies 3, 4 and to unite themselves. The material 5 gains an increased hardness by vulcanization and therefrom the tire holding its shape and its cushion property can be produced with no using core metal and other expensive materials and with no requring complicated process.
