To provide a manufacturing apparatus for a straw for drink equipped with a molding device which has a ring-shaped heating plate for heating an individual molding die indirectly in order to mold the end part of a straw member by heating.
In a molding device of a double straw manufacturing apparatus, a molding drum 22 having a reduced-diameter molding die 24 disposed separately in the circumferential direction and supported slidably is set opposite to a carrying drum 21 holding an outer tube and the reduced-diameter molding die 24 is provided slidably in a through hole 86 formed separately in the circumferential direction of a ring-shaped heating plate 82 which is fixed to the molding drum 22. A heater 83 is so buried in the ring-shaped heating plate 82 as to extend in the circumferential direction of the plate and it heats the reduced-diameter molding die 24 indirectly through the ring-shaped heating plate 82. A lead wire 88 connected to the heater 83 is passed through a hollow rotating shaft 84 and connected to a power source.
