Abstract:

To prolong a life of a spiral cutter used for a manufacturing device of sawdust and to enhance assembly and maintainability.

In the manufacturing device of sawdust of manufacturing sawdust by pulverizing an end portion of timber with a spiral cutter, the spiral cutter has a cylindrical cutter main body attached to a rotary shaft the spiral cutter, a plurality of saw blades being formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cutter main body, and a sawdust transfer spiral groove for transferring the sawdust pulverized with the saw blades is shaped between saw blades arranged circumferentially. Particularly the cutter main body of the spiral cutter is shaped by overlapping a plurality of circular saw blades while the circular saw blades being shifted circumferentially.
